The Railway construction sector is represented from the “Railway Infrastructure” Holding Company. The Company is a leader in its business sector and a priority of the Directors of Railway Infrastructure is gaining strong recognition for the Company as the largest structure in Bulgaria, specialized in construction, repair and modernization of railway infrastructure and movable railway composition (locomotives, rail motors, carriages). The Railway Holding consolidates the business of the four companies in the railway sector, namely: „Repair and construction company - Koehne” JSC, Sofia; „Locomotive and carriage works” SOJSC, Rousse; „Reinforced concrete constructions and items works” SOLTD, Sofia; and „National Research Transport Institute” SOLTD, Sofia (“Subsidiaries”). Its capital amounts to 55,834,112 BGN. Railway Infrastructure and its Subsidiaries are part of an economic group of companies controlled by Majority Stakeholder, with activities in the area of the road and sea infrastructure, etc. (“Moststroy” PLC, “Holding Roads” PLC, “Bourgas Shipbuilding Yard” JSC, “Transimpex” JSC). |
